Cruden Homes has unveiled a series of significant seasonal savings for homebuyers this winter, with limited-time incentives now available across selected plots at two of its most sought-after developments: West Craigs Green in Edinburgh’s West Craigs Village and Wellwater Grove near East Calder.
The initiative includes seasonal offers on a range of 3 and 4-bedroom homes, with several properties ready for buyers to move into immediately or in time for the New Year. Eligible purchasers can also benefit from a 5% deposit contribution, available for a short time only.
At West Craigs Green, buyers can choose from a contemporary selection of 3 and 4-bedroom homes within the expanding West Craigs Village community. The development offers convenient access to Edinburgh city centre, nearby shops and eateries, Craigmount High School and surrounding green spaces. Seasonal prices now start from just £350,000 for a family home, with potential savings of up to £21,500 on selected plots.
Meanwhile, at Wellwater Grove on the edge of East Calder, Cruden Homes is offering savings of up to £20,750 on a range of semi-detached and detached 3 and 4-bedroom homes. The development provides high-specification living close to East Calder’s traditional Main Street, lined with cafés, pubs and independent shops. Homes included within the festive incentive period are now priced from only £265,000.
Hazel Davies, Marketing and Sales Director at Cruden Homes, said:
“Moving home, especially at this time of year, is a big commitment. At Cruden Homes, we wanted to spread some festive cheer with a range of new prices and incentives, including a 5% deposit contribution, creating savings of over £20,000 across two of our most sought-after developments.
“This is a limited-time offer, so we encourage prospective buyers to get in touch as soon as possible to find out more and reserve their plot.”
The incentives apply to selected plots only, with reservations required by 22 December 2025 for entry on or before 30 March 2026. Savings are plot-specific and terms and conditions apply.
