Cruden Homes West added another top accolade to their trophy cabinet after scooping the Best Family Home Award (small to medium category) at the recent 2017 Herald Property Awards.
The Award recognised Cruden Homes' The Oak House Type - a spacious well designed three bedroom semi-detached family home currently being sold at their Kings View development in Glasgow's South Side and at their Baron's Vale development in the city's East End.
Liz Mallon, Sales and Marketing Director of Cruden Homes West said:
"It is an honour to win this particular award as the judging process is extremely robust. The award for the Best Family Home is genuine recognition for the high quality homes and value for money that we deliver.
"Cruden Homes has differentiated itself in the housing market by providing a first class family home through carefully researching our buyer groups and designing and pricing our homes to match their affordability, changing needs and lifestyle demands."
The Oak was designed and built with families in mind to offer flexibility and functionality for a range of family purchasers. At 1012 sq.ft. this new home offers an affordable and desirable alternative to the highly sought after higher priced areas of Glasgow.
On the night, the Cruden Group also evidenced their expertise in Regeneration by celebrating a second success. Hart Builders, received a Commendation in the Affordable Housing Development of the Year Category for the Harbour Point development in Edinburgh.
