All information and specifications are provided as a guide only, room sizes are approximate and artist's impressions and plans contained within these particulars are not to scale. Some properties are a mirror image to those shown and in the interests of variety, features, specification, parking and garage positions may vary.
Development layouts do not show final details of gradients of land, boundary treatments, street lighting or landscaping. We aim to build according to the layout, but occasionally we do have to change house designs, boundaries, landscaping and the positions of roads, footpaths, street lighting and other features as the development proceeds. Please note that the furniture, soft furnishings and wall-coverings in our show homes are not part of our standard specification.
