Christmas is a wonderful time of year, but it can also be one of the most expensive. There’s no doubt times are tough and many families will be looking to tighten their belts over the festive period. This year, just for fun and in support of a very worthy charity, we have challenged Team Cruden to come up with their most creative, cost-effective and sustainable homemade Christmas decorations, so you can catch all the festive-feels without breaking the bank. All decorations will be designed and crafted by staff in their own time at home – so expect varying degrees of expertise! We’ll be unveiling one of our creations each week between now and Christmas, so stay tuned to our socials for festive hacks that are easy and cheap to replicate.
We’d love for you to get involved, so for every comment or like we receive, we’ll donate a toy to The Trussell Trust as part of the Cruden Group’s wider festive foodbank campaign*. We’d also love to see your own creations, so why not get creative and share your homemade festive decoration ideas with us over on Facebook or Instagram. We’ll pick our favourite and announce the winning entry before Santa comes, plus we’ll make a cash donation of £100 to the Trussell Trust on behalf of the winner**!
