The Muir family picked up their key’s today to their new family home at our Cruden Home’s Baron’s Vale development in Glasgow’s East End, just in time for Christmas! After only reserving their plot just 4 weeks ago the family is now set to welcome the New Year in their spacious three bedroom Oak thanks to the Help to Buy (Scotland) scheme.
The family lived in a rented flat directly across from their brand new Cruden house and have watched the development take shape across the 3 phases. With two young sons the family wanted to stay local and Baron’s Vale offered the perfect solution. The family had their heart set on one of the Barons Vale Homes but never thought they would be able to afford it. For the Muir’s the east-end of the city was most definitely best, thanks to the resurgence of this up-and-coming area, easy transport links with both the M8 and M74 motorway networks and Glasgow’s City being in such close proximity.
The family visited our sales office at Baron’s Vale, got qualified for mortgage funding and Help To Buy and, remarkably just 4 weeks later they now officially own their home. The family were impressed by how spacious our homes are, and could not believe the host of added extras available at no extra cost, including a fully turfed front and back garden, Porcelanosa tiles, towel warmers, soft closing doors and waterfall taps. For the Muir family it was everything they wanted and more.
