With an irresistible mix of lovely golden beaches, pleasant countryside, award-winning tourist attractions, over forty miles of glorious coastline and some of the world’s finest golf courses, East Lothian remains one of the most appealing locations in Scotland to buy a new home.

The new development is located on land south east of Old Craighall Road just a few minutes from the A1 and adjoins a previous sell out Cruden Homes’ development on Queen Margaret University Way.
Heading east along the coast to the picturesque village of Aberlady, Cruden Homes has also commenced construction at Meadowside, a new residential development located to the west of the village.
Meadowside will include 81 properties for sale in a mix of three, four and five-bedroom executive homes, again all designed exclusively for the location, with open space and linkages to the existing village and beyond, including a new link through the site to connect Kirk Road with the A198.
