Reservations are now being taken at award winning house builder, Cruden Homes’ brand new Vision development, located in the vibrant Craigmillar re-generation area of Edinburgh.
Vision is the developer’s third (and final) new homes development at this popular location and will include a collection of two and three-bedroom villas and two-bedroom apartments.
Like Cruden Homes’ first two developments in Craigmillar (Choice and The View), Vision is also likely to sell very quickly.
Included in the first release is a selection of affordable two and three-bedroom mid and end-terraced homes which make up the majority of properties for sale at the development and are always in great demand at new housing developments within the capital.
At time of writing, 75% of the first release has already been reserved, however keen buyers can still secure one of the few remaining two-bedroom villas on the first phase from £165,000 or a three-bedroom villa from £185,000 by contacting selling agents, Your Move, at 295 Leith Walk, Edinburgh EH6 8PD. Telephone 0131 600 0019.
It should also be noted that the very popular Help to Buy (Scotland) scheme is available on all properties at Vision which can assist prospective purchasers, whether they are first time buyers or existing homeowners, to secure a new property without the requirement for a huge deposit.
Hazel Davies, Cruden Homes’ sales and marketing director said: “Reservations at Vision are on a first come, first served basis and properties are selling fast, so I would encourage prospective buyers to move quickly. We plan to open our on-site sales and marketing suite in late February and at that time prices for the first phase of apartments will be released.
In addition, first time buyers in particular might wish to note a special event being held at the ESPC Offices at 107 George Street Edinburgh EH2 3ES from 4.30pm to 6.30pm on Thursday January 25th where more information on Vision will be available, as well as experts being on hand to answer any questions first time buyers may have.
